Who we are

QHL Merch (“QHL,” “we,” “us”) provides custom apparel, embroidery, and company uniform portals from Quincy, Washington. This policy describes how we handle information collected through qhlmerch.com and our company portals.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, company), order details (items, sizes, shipping address), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), uploaded artwork and logos, and an optional mobile phone number if you choose to receive order text notifications.

How we use it

To produce and fulfill your orders, run your company’s uniform portal, send order status updates by email or text message, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number at checkout, we send you a text message when your order is ready for pickup. Message frequency varies with your orders (typically one message per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run our business — payment processing (Stripe), garment suppliers and shipping carriers (to fulfill orders), text message delivery (Twilio), and email delivery. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.

Retention & your choices

We keep order history for our business records. You can request access to or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing email at any time.
